Video already exists. The bottleneck is review. Hours of footage are expensive to watch and easy to miss. VIGIL is built for the moment after something happens, when a person still has to find the relevant minutes and keep those minutes attached to an investigation.
The product is organized around four actions. This is a product overview, not a substitute for the VIGIL application itself.

Search recorded video with ordinary language. Ask for a person, vehicle, place, or window of time, then review the moments the system surfaces.
02 / ASK
Ask questions about footage and receive answers that stay attached to the clips they come from, so a claim can be checked against the source.
03 / FOLLOW
Follow an observation across cameras and time instead of restarting the search every time a person or vehicle leaves one frame.
04 / TRACE
Keep a working record of what was found, what was asked, and which evidence supports each note, so an investigation can be reviewed later.
VIGIL is built so a finding can be followed back to footage. Notes, searches, and questions should remain inspectable. The aim is a working file around evidence, not a black-box verdict.
VIGIL is also designed to work with live camera feeds, so review is not limited to files that have already been exported. This site does not claim deployments, camera counts, or coverage.
